Late post : Finette the 1000 Beast

Late post : Finette the 1000 Beast

This post has been delayed due to work and order projects and all, but we did it!
The first project of the year, Finette is completed with photos and all. Even though there are no photos of the parts, the parts used are stated in the end of the post.

First, the build started off with the motherboard and CPU - the 2 parts that I had enjoyed dealing with in the past. After placing the CPU into the socket of the motherboard, we now see the shiny CPU in the socket as shown in the next photo.
Next, the thermal paste of choice that I use was the Arctic MX-4 as it is one of the best thermal paste on the market and I have a lot on standby. It was used as a thermal conductor to put the cooling fan of our choice which was the Cooler Master Hyper 212 LED. It will be shown in the next photo and the connector was connected to the CPU fan connector located at the top of the motherboard.
Next, was the PC case that we unboxed which was quite good looking with the mesh front on the front panel and top. It has 2 200mm fans in the front and 1 120mm fan at the back.
The case cover has 2 USB 3.0 ports, 2 USB 2 ports, audio port, a power button and a reset button. As shown in the second photo, it is spacious inside and easy to work with. Its tempered glass side panel is slide on, which prevents it from dropping. It looks nice even when the tempered glass is removed.
After adding the power supply, case fans (shown in the previous photo at the top of the case), the RAM and Graphics card, we are left with a product that is quite nice without colours.
It looks pretty awesome with a dark vibe and a shiny silver-ish tint to it via the GPU.
When the system was switched on, it showcases a Red aura around the entire PC, however the RAM occasionally switched colours that signifies that it is a special part of the build and what stands out among the others.

The name, Finette, comes from 2 words. Finé means something very fine and high quality or very good of its kind. It symbolizes that the PC or the person is very good and treats it well. Nette has no meaning behind it, but I believe that every PC built is special in his/her kind. Hence, I decided to name the PCs that I built.
Thanks everyone who has read this blog, I hope there will be more showcases of the PCs that I built in the future to come. I hope in this time of troubles when the virus is out there, stay safe and take care.
